Important Notes

Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather disruptions, strikes, or natural calamities.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be provided. You can use this link to check the status of your shipment at any time.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Packages

We take utmost care to package your jewellery securely. However, if you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. To qualify for an exchange due to damage, please follow these steps:

Record a video starting with the tracking slip visible to confirm package details.
Continue recording as you open the parcel.
Show all items included in the package.
Demonstrate the condition and functionality of each item without pausing the video.

Failure to follow these steps may result in denial of your exchange request.
